We have camped here for the past 5 years. And this will be our last year camping here. This camp ground has gone down hill they are not taking care of the grounds very dirty. Teenagers running this place. Oh and 1 more thing the golf carts are totally out of control. Walking with our 4 year old daughter she almost got hit by a boy driving a golf cart not paying attention. They just don't care anymore it's a shame this used to be a nice campground.

This is a very rustic campground, a lot of trees which is nice. That said I have to say when we checked in august 2006 we were greeted by a yelling manager she was telling the people in line to shut up. When it was our turn to check in she was very rude. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day but the 5 days that we were there the people that work there were just plain mean. We would never come back here again. We should of listened to the reviews.

We do a lot of camping in the Dells, we come up here about 3 times every year. In July of 06 we came to the Dells on the spur of the moment, most of the campgrounds were filled but Baraboo campground had many sites open so we camped here.The sites are wooded, lots of shade. The pool was dirty and had a odor to it. The rest rooms were clean. At about 10:00pm one night my wife and i were having a camp fire, and our son was watching TV. When one of the guards started yelling at us to turn the radio down, I said sure no problem and I got up to to go turn the TV down. About 10 min later the same guard walked by and entered our camp site and we said hello to him he said I told you to turn that radio down. I said I did. The whole time I am talking to him he was staring down my wife's shirt. I told him I will just turn it off. I said is there any thing else he said no and before he walked away he gave one last stare at my wife. We will never camp here again to many good campgrounds in the Dells, that's why it was so empty on the 4th of july week.

This is one of the nicest campgrounds we ever stayed at. The pool was clean, the showers were clean, and everyone that worked at this campground are so nice. We loved the restaurant; they had prime rib on Saturday. For some reason this campground has no mesquitos thank god, I think because you're not camping in a valley, you're on the side of a hiil overlooking the Baraboo river. The sites are very big. We have been camping here the last 5 years, and look forward to coming back in 07.ps your only 20min.from Wisconsin Dells.

This campground is very clean and the owners John and Loraine are so nice. Our kids had such a good time. They have a playground just for small kids. There is no pool but you can go swimming in the spring fed pond .
